Four Seasons would like you to read these conditions carefully

It may affect your enjoyment ,safety and the safety of others attending your course.


We have taken all reasonable steps to provide you with the level of care and assurances of safety appropriate to these activities. However you should be aware that certain inherent risks remain which are integral to the activity, and which can not he totally eliminated without destroying its unique character.

Amongst other things, some of these risks can contribute to:

1) the loss or damage of your personal clothing or equipment

2 ) feelings of discomfort, fear and apprehension, or even accidental injury, illness, or trauma which in extreme but thankfully very rare cases, can be very serious.

The level of real (as opposed to apparent) risk associated with the activities of Four Seasons is very low. However, the type of risks may be something with which you are not familiar. The level of risk is generally no greater than that associated with, for example, the normal play of an average child, or that associated with a normal adult undertaking recreational activities appropriate to their ability, fitness, age, etc.

In the program or event you are undertaking, you may find yourself in fast flowing or still waters. If a participant is of a nervous disposition, or is not comfortable in such conditions they should not take part. All normal safety precautions will be undertaken such as wearing personal floatation & helmets where appropriate and a compulsory safety brief is given prior to the activity taking place etc.

Slips and trips are the most common type of accident in our society and the likelihood of slipping in a water sports environment is likely to be greater than participants are used to.

Canoeing and rafting involve physical effort which may be more than participants are used to. If any person has a medical condition or injuries past or present, they should be made known to us.

We endeavor to accommodate most conditions subject to the overall safety of the individual or group.

Shipping & Handling

We only deliver within the UK to the confirmed billing address of the purchaser. For security reasons and as part of our anti-fraud measures we can not deliver to any third party address.

We will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible and within one working day of receiving your order excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your purchase in good time, we will inform you A.S.A.P. via email. Returns Policy

The customer must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of goods where they have been received faulty or damaged. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the goods to us within 30 days period we will refund your payment provided that:-

  • You have informed us prior to returning your purchase, quoting any order/returns numbers.
  • The goods are received by us, unused, free from damage and in new condition, with ALL tags and labels still attached as dispatched and with all original packaging.
  • Customer pays return postage costs. We do not accept responsibility for any goods returned to us until we have taken delivery of them.

Please contact us as soon as possible by email or letter in the event that you have a complaint or are unhappy with any aspect of our service, in order that we can take the opportunity to resolve matters with the minimum of delay.
